Das mit dem Badezimmerschlauch ud Kopf tut uns natürlich sehr leid. Soetwas dürfte nicht passieren.

Ein Huasmeister war im Haus und hat sich dies angesehen, jedoch benötigen wir immer die Bestätigung des Eigentümers wenn das Problem mit Kosten verbunden ist.
Es ist eher selten dass wir eine Rückmeldung vom Eigentümer binnen 1-2 Tagen erhalten.

Wir hoffen Sie konnten Ihren Urlaub dennoch genießen und sind natürlich jederzeit Herzlich WIllkommen.
