1) Die Rezeption ist für den erstmaligen Besucher kaum zu entdecken. So sind wir - wie viele andere am selben Tag zuvor bereits - zur Rezeption des Mitbewerber gefahren. Vorschlag: Ein weiterer Wegweiser zur Rezeption direkt in der Anlage.

2) die Online-Services vor der Ankunft. Hier habe ich geschätzte viermal die Nationalität der Reisenden eingetragen. So weit, so gut. Was nicht gut ankommt, ist die Auswahliste: einige Länder wie D oder UK sind oben in der Liste (sozusagen als Shortcut) angeführt. "Österreich" hingegen ist nicht bei den Shortcuts, sondern in der alphabetischen Liste zu suchen. Bitte auch "Österreich" als Schnellwahl oben in der Liste führen. 3) Generell in der Region, nicht beim Quartier: Die Akzeptanz von Kreditkarten ist unterirdisch. Möglicherweise sind wir verwöhnt von unseren Urlauben in Schweden, wo selbst beim Würstelstand "No Cash - Cards only" steht. Aber auch im Vergleich zu den Nachbarbundesländern Oberösterreich und Salzburg ist die Kreditkartenakzeptanz bei den diversen Ausflugsziele (etwa Wörschachklamm, Mautstraße zur Edeltaufenhütte, aber auch die Edelrautenhütte selbst, Hütten und Automaten am Wilden Berg in Mautern die eines Entwicklungslandes - schlecht für den Tourismus. |
